At Scentir – Emotion Candle, we want to make the purchasing process as simple and secure as possible. We therefore offer the following payment methods:

Credit Card: we accept all major credit cards, providing you with a fast and hassle-free payment experience.

Multibanco: we provide Multibanco references for secure payments at any Multibanco terminal or through home banking.

MB WAY: we accept payments via MB WAY, quickly and securely, using your mobile phone number.

Apple Pay: we accept payments through Apple Pay on compatible Apple devices, allowing you to pay simply and securely.

Google Pay: we accept payments with Google Pay, without the need to enter your payment details, providing you with a fast and secure experience.
All payments are processed securely, ensuring the protection of your personal and financial data.

2. Order Processing and Shipping
Order preparation
The preparation time for each order is 24 to 48 business hours, after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
Orders are shipped to mainland Portugal via CTT Expresso, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch. We currently do not ship to Madeira or the Azores.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs €4.90. Delivery is free for orders worth €90 or more.
4. Shipping Notification
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We ensure that all orders are carefully packaged so that your candles arrive in perfect condition.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, after completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with order details. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
What if I’m not at home when the delivery is attempted?
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will contact you to reschedule, or leave a notification for collection at a local pick-up point.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
